Happy Spring from Mantralogy!
Dear Friends,
As spring makes it’s slow appearance in the Northeast, we celebrate the arrival of flowers, warm skies and green leaves! For Mantralogy in 2016, we are also celebrating the arrival of two new artists and their albums. Arjun Bruggeman, the ever present tabla player of the kirtan world’s beloved Krishna Das, has released his debut Mantralogy record, the self titled Arjun. This is a gorgeous offering of edge-y, genre-making sacred sound.
Suzin Green and Daniel Johnson also joined us with Mantra Project Volume II:Mantras of the Sun. This album is a celebration of Surya, the sun God, the light and the earth. Become a witness to the healing powers of the sun! This album is an amazing display of Daniel Johnson’s innovative percussion, and Suzin’s soulful, powerful voice. Equally amazing as a sound track to long drives and for effortless yoga practices!
Spring Ecstatic Chant, featured our own beloved SRI Kirtan. If you have not yet heard their album, Time in Love is Never Wasted, please check it out. Its a lovely offering of bhakti to the lotus feet of the Divine.
Time In Love is Never Wasted on iTunes!
Coming soon…The Hanumen on summer tour, just as Prema Hara finishes their spring tour.
many thanks and love to all,
Keli
